Congratulations on deciding to expand your family or becoming pregnant! I am honored to work with you during this exciting time!

During pregnancy we will work together to ensure you are nourishing your body with foods you need (and like!) that are best for your growing baby. Need help troubleshooting "morning" (all day, ugh) sickness and other things pregnancy can throw your way? I can help!

 
  • Learn ways to maximize your nutrition while trying to conceive and during pregnancy.

  • Troubleshoot common pregnancy symptoms.

  • Gain support in managing certain pregnancy conditions, such as gestational diabetes.

  • Discover foods to focus on that help promote postpartum healing and breastfeeding.

  • Guidance through an elimination diet for breastfeeding if necessary.

Postpartum and Parenthood

You made it; you have your baby and are doing the expanded family thing! Awesome, I am happy to help you along the way! You body goes through a lot during birth, it takes time to recover and this can be super hard when you are tired and caring for a newborn; I can help you navigate eating to support the postpartum healing process and maximize the nutrition in your milk.

When it comes to motherhood, I'll be there with open, non-judgemental, practical ways to nourish yourself and your baby!
